Rob is a consultant with the The Stevenson Company LLC.  Following a career that spanned health care administration, entrepreneurial business and appointed staff to a governor, Rob has served in senior level selection and search, executive transition coaching and succession planning consulting for the last 31 years.  Rob continues his use of the SIMA® strength assessment process having recently retired from SIMA® International's management and Board of Directors.  Along with colleagues at the Andringa Group, Rob works with a number of SIMA® consultants worldwide.  (Read Rob's full bio here.)
