Board Policies Manual (BPM) Template
This template of a Board Policies Manual is somewhat modified by Bob Andringa after he and Dr. Fred Laughlin wrote the book, Good Governance for Nonprofits (published in 2007 by the American Management Association), which includes the original template.  Either one tracks nicely with the book which is useful for any board wanting to develop its own BPM.
