Rob is the Managing Director and Retained Search Practice Leader for People Management International. He specializes in executive search and selection, executive coaching and succession planning. Rob has assisted over 150 non profit organizations such as World Vision, InterVarsity, Fairview Health System and Westmont College utilizing his 25 years of experience and the SIMAŽ assessment process, a PMI proprietary system to assure position fit, vocational calling and individual development.
