He has served more than 30 years as a nonprofit CEO and 25 of those years leading three associations: Christian Management Association, Willow Creek Association and Christian Camp & Conference Association. John is the author of the new book, Mastering the Management Buckets: 20 Critical Competencies for Leading Your Business or Nonprofit (April 2008 from Regal Books). He also created the “Management Buckets Workshop Experience,” is the co-author of Marketing Your Ministry: 10 Critical Principles, and is the editor of “Your Weekly Staff Meeting” eNewsletter.
