Since 1973, Dale has completed over 1,300 engagements with nonprofit CEOs and their senior staff in the areas of leadership and team development, strategic planning and change management. After 28 years as assistant chair for planning and program development in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Michigan Medical School, Dale is professor emeritus.
